The music
plays on
in the façade

The Clara & Robert complex has been awarded the “build award Best German Office Project 2016”.

The building envelope of polished natural aluminium includes vertical chinks, reminiscent of the scrolls used in mechanical musical instruments at the turn of the 20th Century. There are landscaped “islands” between and around the buildings, which include the existing trees and have become green oases for use during lunch breaks.

The entrances to the two seven-storey office buildings are clad with extensive glazed façades. The buildings are both connected to an underground car park with around 300 parking spaces plus technical and storage areas.

The building ensemble Clara & Robert sets technical, ecological, economical and functional standards. It offers owners and users more comfort, lower additional costs and a higher market value. For this it was awarded the DGNB certificate in gold.
